Tots and Scholars Nursery and Preschool in Borehamwood has been welcoming families since January 2024. We are passionate about providing high-quality care and education for babies and children up to 5 years old. Conveniently located in Borehamwood, our nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child, and we expect all staff to share this commitment.
At Tots and Scholars Nursery and Preschool, we successfully combine the revised EYFS framework with Montessori principles and our own unique, holistic approach to childcare, ensuring that every child's individual needs are supported. We provide outstanding learning and development through innovative teaching, delivered by our specialised and qualified staff.

We teach our children the importance of understanding who they are, the value of family, and what it means to be part of the Borehamwood community. Our wide variety of engaging activities helps prepare children for a smooth transition into mainstream school.
Our curriculum is taught in English, with Spanish and French offered as extracurricular activities alongside Dance, Drama and Sports classes.
Our Borehamwood nursery is open 50 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 6:30pm, and welcomes children from babies up to 5 years of age. We are closed on Bank Holidays, for one week over Christmas, and on selected INSET days.
