Caterpillar Room - Babies to 24 month

We know how important it is for you and your child to be attending for the first time a nursery and for this very reason, for knowing that the first steps always matter, as well as understanding babies and children’s needs, we have created a wonderful room to cater for children under 24 months. It is resourceful, cosy, has a welcoming environment and most importantly has highly qualified and caring teachers, ready to support your child’s development.

The Caterpillar room is run with a flexible routine, which fits entirely around the children’s needs. This approach enables an extension to their home routine and offers comfort and consistency to both children, and parents.

Each Caterpillar room has access to both, outdoors and indoors activities that provide a wide range of experiences, based on each child’s interest and follows a carefully planned curriculum based on EYFS, Montessori and Reggio approaches. The messy play/sensorial areas allow children to develop their feelings and emotions.

Staff are regularly observing, evaluating and planning activities, to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.

A wide choice of extra-curricular opportunities such as Drama, Multi-sports teacher, Dance, Music and Spanish, are also available.
